SELF-AWAKENING YOGA FLOW with Anna Green, RYT500, NYE1000
In this therapeutic yoga practice, we begin to develop awareness through guided exploration of movement, breath and sensation of the subtle body.
The sequence of movement inquiries will reveal insights into ways of self-healing or restoration by simply observing (in a non-judgmental manner) our physical movements, the associated sensation and our subsequent thoughts or reflections.
The fluid movements are very gentle, meditative and pleasurable - yet they are profoundly effective as an educator and as a method of improving our physical function, both in our regular practice of yoga and in our life...
