What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is one of the oldest healing practices, dating back over 15,000 years. It uses vibrational frequencies from healing instruments designed to bring the body, mind, and emotions back into balance.
Because the human body is made of nearly 60% water, it is highly receptive to sound. These vibrations move through tissues, helping to:
Release tension and energetic blockages
Slow down brainwaves into restorative states
Ground and reset the nervous system
Receive deep healing rest
Research shows sound healing can improve sleep, reduce stress and chronic pain, and enhance mood and vitality.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the connective tissues, joints, fascia, and energetic meridians - where long-held physical and emotional stress often lives.
Postures are held for 2–5 minutes, allowing the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the mind to settle - creating space for release, balance, and restoration.
Sound Healing & Yin Yoga creates a synergistic experience that allows your whole being to Reset, Restore, and Align.
Flow of the Evening
45 min Yin – release tension and stress, preparing the body for deep rest
