This program is open to all spiritual paths and levels of experience with breath work, yoga or meditation. Teaching will include a balance of lecture, practice, and informal conversation.
Geshe YongDong Losar (Geshe-la) is a Bön lama, in the Buddhist spiritual tradition of Tibet. He is an active member of several international Buddhist Associations. Geshe-la was born in Tibet in 1969. At 13 years old, he entered the Nangzhig Bönpo Monastery, the largest Bön Monastery in Tibet. After eleven years of intensive study, he was awarded the Geshe degree, which is equivalent to a PHD in the West. In 1992 Geshe-la left Tibet by walking for 10 days to cross the Himalayas and enter Nepal. He was able to continue his studies in both India and Nepal where he received many teachings and blessings.
