Allow your child the freedom to play, dance, twist and turn all while developing the ‘Whole’ child in a safe and mindful environment. Yoga for children is beneficial in so many ways, it promotes creativity, confidence and mindfulness. This class will allow your child to connect body to breath and create a sense of calm and peace in the body and mind, as well as to manage everyday stresses through breathing, movement and meditation.
