Stress is a body response. We can learn how to be at more ease during times of stress by becoming more attuned to our body.
In this 8 week series, with my guidance and 8 time tested themes, you will learn how to connect with your body's innate intelligence and wisdom and hear how to support your wellbeing. Essentially, this is a mindfulness based stress reduction program. What is different is we use the body & movement to learn it.
Through movement and stillness, I will guide you in theme based practices that bring you back to your Be-ing.
