Wake-Up Yoga and Meditation (the 8 Limbs of Yoga)

This morning series sets the tone for peace of mind and well-being all day long.

‘Waking-Up’ comes from within.

It’s about meeting yourself where you are, and connecting to yourself through felt

sensations.

Begin by asking yourself: “What do I need from my practice today?”

steadiness, gentleness, acceptance, strength, perseverance, forgiveness, presence?

This class will focus on opening and awakening your spine, tapping into the power of

breath, mental focus and intention. We will move through simple flowing sequences and

postures that energize, increase muscle tone and flexibility, oxygenate, and improve the

overall quality of your movement. You will feel revitalized and centered in body and mind

and prepared to move into your day with grace.

Perfect for all levels of ability with some yoga experience.



Thursday mornings, 9 -10:30 am

July 18 to August 22 (6 weeks)


Fee: pre-registered, $120

Drop-in, $22 (if space permits) please touch base with me prior to attending for the first time

Lyne's yoga pass, $200 (valid for one year from time of purchase)
