In this 75 minute drop-in class – open to all bodies and levels of ability, I bring my expertise as a master teacher, and welcome your suggestions as to which areas of the body/mind/ you wish to attend to.
Each class includes:
Centering, guided meditation, breath practices (support health of cardio-vascular and respiratory system and our ability to focus attention)
Movement sequences (seated, kneeling, standing, gentle inversions) that are foundational to good posture
Developing mobility (a large, comfortable range of motion in our joints and muscles combined with strength and control for better movement coordination and balance)
Core connection and integration (well organized, safe movement comes from a strong core)
Mindful movement and somatic explorations (for enhanced proprioception, interoception and neuroplasticity)
Feel restored and inspired to move into your day
Schedule: Wednesdays, 10:30 am to 11:45 am
