We welcome you to join us at Yoga by the Sea for a tranquil and blissful evening of Sound and Meditation in community. Come bathe in the healing frequencies of Tibetan bowls, Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, and Chimes, with Live Ethereal Vocals. 

Journey inwards as you reconnect and come home to the wisdom of your body and access deep states of rest, relaxation, and inner peace.

What is Sound Healing? Sound healing is one of the oldest healing modalities known, dating back to >2500 years old. It uses vibrational frequencies from instruments to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being and harmony. The human body—composed of ~60% water—is naturally receptive to sound waves, which travel through tissues to help release tension, slow down your brainwaves, calm your nervous system, and support states of deep relaxation and rest. Sound healing has been known to improve sleep, reduce stress, chronic pain, and enhance mood.

When: 

Saturday May 24th, 7-8pm. Please arrive no later than 6:55pm. 

Saturday June 14th, 7-8pm. Please arrive no later than 6:55pm.

Saturday July 12th, 7-8pm. Please arrive no later than 6:55pm.

Cost: Sliding Scale $22-$33; Will not turn away due to limited funds (please reach out  if finances are a concern).

Bio: Diana Liu is a yoga, meditation, and sound healing guide with over 10 years of experience in mind-body practices. She is also a certified holistic Rest and Sleep Coach (CBT-i) and founder of Rest to Thrive. These practices played a pivotal role in her own healing journey struggling with chronic anxiety, insomnia, and burnout. Her work is rooted in supporting others to access deep rest and reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence to heal, restore balance, and return to health. She also believes rest is the portal to discovering our inner truth, vitality, peace, and power.
