What to bring?

There are limited props (blankets, bolsters, mats) available at the studio, however, we recommend you bring your own things for maximum comfort as you will be laying down for about an hour.

• A yoga mat (bring 2 if you prefer more cushioning)
• A warm blanket and pillow if you need neck support
• optional eye mask
• water bottle
•  journal & pen

Please dress in layers as the body temperature drops during the meditative journey.

EVENT POLICIES

This QUANTUM AWAKENING journey has limited availablity. Only 16 spots are available.

Cancellation prior to event

If you change your mind prior to the event and we have turned people away because of your commitment, we will keep the payment. If there is a waitlist and someone will take your spot, we will refund you.

Cancellation within 24hrs of event

If for any reason you are unable to attend, your payment will not be refunded because it is too late for your spot to be filled.
