Join us at Yoga by the Sea for a tranquil evening of Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing in community. 

Allow yourself to be bathed in restorative frequencies of Tibetan bowls, Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes, and ethereal live vocals, while guided gently into a state of profound rest and inner harmony.

This is an opportunity to reconnect with the wisdom of your body, release tension, and access deep states of rest, relaxation, and peace.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is one of the oldest healing practices, dating back over 15,000 years. It uses vibrational frequencies from healing instruments designed to bring the body, mind, and emotions back into balance.

Because the human body is made of nearly 60% water, it is highly receptive to sound. These vibrations move through tissues, helping to:

  • Release tension and energetic blockages

  • Slow down brainwaves into restorative states

Bio: Diana Liu is a yoga, meditation, and sound healing guide with over 10 years of experience in body-mind practices. These practices played a pivotal role in her own healing journey with chronic anxiety, insomnia, and burnout. 

She is the founder of Rest to Thrive, devoted to supporting others to reclaim rest and nervous system health as the pathway to profound healing and personal power.
