An afternoon of self-care for your body
to reawaken your Soul’s path.
We will use gentle yoga based practices including exploring cellular breathing, using the sound of our voice to heal our nervous system, self-massage and movement (vagus nerve focused) to unwind and connect more deeply to our authentic and unique gifts. As we open the areas of the body where the imprints of our personal, ancestral and collective human trauma are lodged, we bring to life a fuller expression of our authentic SELF and personal power.
We soften, our hearts open, we learn to trust, to grow our capacity for forgiveness, compassion and we become more loving.
