Nourish your body and mind with this deeply restorative and relaxing class led by yoga therapist, Melissa Lyons.
This class uses breath work, poses and props with optional therapeutic touch, to support your alignment and allow the body to passively unwind. Gorgeous music will accompany the experience to deepen your surrender in to serenity.
This is a 6 week series from Jan 20th - Feb 24th open to drop in's and pass holders. You do not have to attend all 6 weeks.
