What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is one of the oldest healing modalities, dating back over 14,000 years. Because the human body is approximately 60% water, sound waves travel easily through tissues, supporting nervous system regulation, release of stored tension, and deep restorative states.

Live voice and acoustic instruments add an additional layer of co-regulation — allowing the nervous system to settle through rhythm, tone, and human presence.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the connective tissues, joints, fascia, and energetic meridians — areas where long-held physical and emotional stress often reside. Postures are held for several minutes with support, allowing the body to soften while sound guides the experience inward.
