As the seasons shift, nature begins to slowly blossom.
What was resting beneath the surface is now ready to emerge.
Spring is not about rushing forward — it’s about intentional creation.
A time to:
• Gently clarify what you desire
• Reconnect with what truly matters
• Plant seeds that feel aligned — not forced
Because what we cultivate now… becomes what we live later.
This gathering is an invitation to slow down before you speed up.
To listen inward before taking action.
To align your nervous system with what you’re calling in.
So that what you plant this season… is rooted, supported, and able to truly blossom.
Experience
We warmly welcome you to Yoga by the Sea for a tranquil and nourishing evening of Yin Yoga + Sound Healing, held in community.
The evening begins with Yin Yoga, gently melting tension from the body through long-held, supported postures.
You’ll then rest in a Sound Healing Bath, immersed in the healing frequencies of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, and Live ethereal vocals.
This is a journey inward — an invitation to reconnect with the wisdom of your body, access deep states of rest, and recalibrate your nervous system.
Perfect as a Saturday self-care date with yourself or a loved one
Sound healing is one of the oldest healing modalities, dating back 14,000 years old. Because the human body is approximately 60% water, sound waves travel easily through tissues — helping to:
• Release stored tension
• Slow brainwaves
• Reset the nervous system
• Support deep relaxation and restorative states
Sound healing has been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, ease inflammation and pain, and enhance overall well-being.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the connective tissues, joints, fascia, and energetic meridians - where long-held physical and emotional stress often lives.
Postures are held for 2–5 minutes, allowing the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the mind to settle - creating space for release, balance, and restoration.
